I have 12 years experience as a claims representative working for insurance companies.
Since that time I have had additional experience investigating automobile and motorcycle accident cases as well as liability cases due to poor maintenance of sidewalks, both public and private, floors in commercial businesses, etc..
My experience has allowed me to qualify on several occasions as an expert in accident reconstruction in Sacramento Superior Court.
Many investigators and police officers will stop part way in the investigation by recording only partial facts.
They do not stand back and look at the entire picture.
They come to the scene with a pre-conclusion of what happened and make the evidence match their conclusion.
In one criminal case for example, I was able to document to the court that the damage to the other parties’ vehicle was caused by the alleged victim turning into the defendants stopped vehicle and not the defendant turning into the alleged victim's vehicle.
Proper analysis of the damage was critical.
Sacramento Superior Court accepted my testimony over the testimony of the CHP officer who had been at the scene.

Services I provide for accident investigations are:
- Photographs of the vehicles involved(if a traffic accident).
- Photographs of the scene to include aerial photographs if desired.
- Scene diagrams
- Obtaining statements from clients, defendants and witnesses
- Interviewing law enforcement, fire and medical personnel
- Skip tracing witnesses and defendants.
- Analysis of damages and skid marks along with other evidence to determine approximate speed of the vehicles involved, directions of travel and seat belt usage
- Obtaining evidence when still available for forensic analysis (i.e. light bulbs, hair and blood samples, etc.)
- Analysis of road conditions for possible impairment of the vision of the drivers involved and potential liability due to poorly maintained roadways or property creating driving hazards.
- Analysis of walkways for hazards such as broken concrete, debris from trees and plants, etc..
